Sarah Newgard Fitness offers in-home personal training in Grand Forks, ND and East Grand Forks, MN. We specialize in general fitness, weight management, strength training and toning. We work with people of all ages and abilities. Individual programs are tailored for each client based on their goals.
In-home training provides our clients with the convenience and comfort of exercising in their own home. Whether you have limited time, children at home or just don’t want to travel to the gym, in-home training is the solution. No equipment or large workout space is required.
Training options include: One on one training and groups up to six people (friends, co-workers, couples, etc). Since exercise and nutrition go hand in hand, we also offer the services of a nutritional system, menu planning and grocery shopping. Making healthy nutrition choices in addition to a fitness program is a great way to meet your goals.
